We are seeking a senior consultant to join the Experience Management & Marketing team, working in a Hybrid mode.
The Experience Management & Marketing business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and the quality of services offered, including with the support of new technologies.
Your Role
The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:
Lead the development of scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
Build and nurture a developer community, fostering technical and professional growth.
Become the Flutter reference point, promoting best practices and leading architectural decisions.
Have a comprehensive architectural vision, understanding the integration between front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
Solve complex problems, finding scalable and efficient solutions.
Contribute to the technology roadmap, supporting innovation and product evolution.
Winning Requirements
You have
strong experience in Flutter
, with in-depth knowledge of mobile architectures, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), and performance optimization.
You have a solid background in
Kotlin and native Android development
, understanding the Android ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
You have worked on
complex IT projects
, understanding backend logic, APIs, security, cloud, and CI/CD.
You have a broad architectural vision, connecting different technological layers within a complex system.
You are a
problem solver
: when facing a challenge, you analyze and choose the best strategy rather than settling for the first solution.
You have
strong soft skills
: you can communicate, inspire, and help a team grow, fostering a thriving community around you.
You understand
software engineering principles
, design patterns, SOLID principles, and mobile development best practices.
Nice-to-haves: experience with Swift/iOS development, cloud services (AWS, Firebase), and microservices architectures.
